Role Overview

The Executive Assistant – Strategy will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, data analysis, and operational execution. This role combines analytical responsibilities with executive assistant role specific to leadership's time and calender management, enabling data-backed decision-making and seamless day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership in strategic planning, business analysis, and performance tracking

• Manage internal and external stakeholder coordination, including processing documentation for management reviews and visualizations

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data, track deliverables, and follow up on action items

• Prepare data-driven reports, dashboards, MIS, and presentations for leadership reviews

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to support strategic initiatives

• Manage senior leadership calendars, schedules, MOMs, and task prioritization aligned with business requirements

• Support leadership in process optimization and operational planning

• Assist with day-to-day operational requirements to ensure smooth workflows and efficient execution

• Maintain structured documentation, reports, and confidential information

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

• Ability to create clear, insightful presentations and MIS reports

• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic thinking with an execution-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields

• 0–2 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or executive support roles

• Exposure to real estate, consulting, or corporate environments is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
