Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy, aligning with the company's marketing goals and specific project objectives.

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team excels in promoting real estate properties.

-Plan, create, and oversee PPC campaigns tailored to the real estate market, including both residential and commercial properties, to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.

-Conduct thorough keyword research, understanding real estate market trends and buyer behavior to identify high-potential keywords and optimize campaigns accordingly.

-Effectively manage PPC budgets for real estate projects, ensuring cost-effective campaign performance and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

-Regularly analyze campaign performance data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance, such as optimizing for lead generation and property inquiries.

-Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that showcase the unique selling points of real estate properties.

-Stay informed about real estate market dynamics and competitor strategies, adjusting PPC efforts to maintain a competitive edge in promoting properties.

-Generate regular reports on key performance metrics for real estate campaigns and present findings to the management team, highlighting the impact on property sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

-Proven experience in PPC campaign management.

-Deep knowledge of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) and bid management tools, with a clear understanding of real estate keywords and market dynamics.

-Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
