Feild Sales Executive

Merchant Relationship Management: Build strong ties with merchants, understand their payment needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. Product Knowledge: Educate merchants on swipe machines, payment solutions, and new tech. Operations Coordination: Work with operations for device installation, activation, and smooth onboarding. Market Feedback: Gather insights from merchants to improve products and services.  Common Skills & Requirements Sales Experience: Proven experience in field sales, fintech, or distribution sales (EDC/POS) is often required. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, self-motivation, relationship-building, and problem-solving. Technical Understanding: Basic grasp of payment technology and user experience. Logistics: Often requires a 2-wheeler for field visits.  Role Variations (Executive vs. Leader) Sales Executive/Officer: Focuses on hands-on field work, acquiring merchants, and closing deals.
