Position: Regional Sales Manager – GT Sales Expansion Location: AP - Hyderabad Department: Sales Reporting To: CMO About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our General Trade (GT) sales network. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and building a strong distributor/retailer ecosystem in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute GT sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and retailer networks across the region. Drive numeric & weighted distribution expansion in line with company objectives. Implement trade marketing & visibility initiatives to increase brand recall. Monitor secondary sales, stock management, and credit control with distributors. Recruit, train, and motivate the field sales team (Sales Officers/Executives). Build strong relationships with trade partners and ensure high ROI for distributors. Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, new opportunities, and consumer trends. Provide timely MIS reports, sales forecasts, and actionable insights to management. Requirements Graduate/MBA with 3–10 years of FMCG GT sales experience (beverages/food preferred). Proven track record of driving GT expansion and managing distributors/ss. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
