Role Overview: The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, distribution, and visibility across GT and MRP stores in Bengaluru. The role involves managing distributors, achieving primary and secondary targets, and ensuring strong on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth across GT & MRP stores in the assigned area Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and sales teams Ensure numeric and weighted distribution across key outlets Execute in-store visibility, schemes, and promotions effectively Track secondary sales, market feedback, and competitor activity Ensure timely collections and adherence to company processes Requirements: 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience in GT & MRP channels Strong understanding of Bengaluru retail market Experience in distributor and team management Target-driven with strong execution and communication skills
