F&B Supervisor: Hotel/Resort

Summary:
The F&B Supervisor oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, smooth workflow, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and using IDS software for operational efficiency and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations, including service, setup, and coordination with kitchen staff.
• Use IDS software to monitor sales, track inventory, and manage operational performance.
• Train, guide, and motivate F&B staff to maintain professional standards and teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and delegating responsibilities efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with procurement, and maintain accurate inventory records using IDS software.
• Support the F&B Manager in preparing reports, analyzing data, and implementing operational improvements.
• Maintain smooth coordination with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Employer Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B supervision, preferably with IDS software knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Knowledge of cost control, stock management, and operational KPIs.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
