Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and explain offerings.
Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests.
Maintain cleanliness and set up/clear tables.
Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous server or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus).
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

Experience in a bar/restaurant setting.
Knowledge of food & beverage and POS systems.
