Job Title: F&B Captain – Pan Asian Cuisine Location: Delhi Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Industry: Hospitality / Restaurants Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Captain with strong expertise in Pan Asian cuisine. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant operations, exceptional guest service, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the service team during shifts.
• Ensure high-quality guest service with strong knowledge of Pan Asian dishes and beverages.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
• Train and guide servers and stewards on service standards.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and table-setting standards.
• Assist in billing, order punching, and stock management of service essentials.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs and safety norms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as F&B Captain/Team Leader in a Pan Asian or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine (Sushi, Dim Sums, Ramen, Woks, etc.).
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate the service team.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused.
• Willing to join immediately.
• Open to flexible shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
