F&B Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction while optimizing revenue and maintaining cost controls. This role requires strong leadership, operational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, banquets, room service, etc.)
• Ensure consistent high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for F&B department
• Develop and implement SOPs and staff training programs
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and cost control procedures
• Supervise, motivate, and lead the F&B team; manage staffing schedules
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and consistency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Plan and execute promotional events and functions to increase revenue
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
