Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management - Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards. - Supervise staff, including waiters, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen personnel. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. - Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships. - Monitor food & beverage quality and presentation. 2. Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction - Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards. - Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Financial Management - Prepare budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. - Monitor sales, pricing, and revenue reports. - Analyze financial performance and implement cost-saving measures. 4. Staff Management & Training - Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff. - Schedule shifts and manage day to operation. - Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching. - Foster teamwork and a positive work environment. 5. Menu & Beverage Planning - Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to develop menus and beverage lists. - Ensure menu pricing aligns with budget and market trends. - Monitor food waste and optimize portion control. 6. Marketing & Promotions - Develop promotional strategies (e.g., seasonal menus). - Work with the marketing team to attract customers. - Maintain relationships with vendors and event planners. 7. Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to local food safety laws and licensing regulations. - Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits. - Maintain proper documentation for inspections. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 5-7 years in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management. - Financial and budgeting expertise. - Excellent communication and customer service. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Knowledge of POS systems.
