F&B Executive

Experience

2–4 years of experience in food & beverage service or outlet supervision, preferably in amusement parks, QSR, or large-scale hospitality setups.

Key Skills

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene (FSSAI compliance)
• Familiarity with POS and billing systems
• Team coordination and staff supervision
• Inventory and stock handling
• Cash handling and reconciliation accuracy

Duties & ResponsibilitiesOutlet Operations

• Oversee daily functioning of assigned F&B outlet(s), kiosks, or counters.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to operational SOPs.
• Support smooth workflow during high guest footfall and events.

Customer Service

• Greet and assist guests courteously, ensuring quick service and satisfaction.
• Address basic queries or complaints and escalate complex issues to seniors.
• Promote menu items, combo offers, and park meal packages.

Sales & Cash Handling

• Manage billing, POS transactions, and cash collections accurately.
• Submit daily sales and cash reports as per company policy.
• Follow procedures for refunds, discounts, and digital payments.

Inventory & Stock Control

• Track daily stock levels for raw materials, beverages, and disposables.
• Report shortages or wastage to the Assistant Manager for replenishment.
• Maintain proper storage and FIFO system.

Staff Coordination

• Guide service staff, cashiers, and helpers in maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in staff training on service, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Ensure team discipline and grooming standards.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to food safety (FSSAI), hygiene, and park safety protocols.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the manager.

Event & Promotion Support

• Assist in executing food setups for group bookings, parties, or park events.
• Participate in promotional or festival-themed sales initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
