Job Description

We are seeking a service-driven and experienced F&B Captain to lead and support our service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant/service area.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient guest service with a focus on satisfaction and quality.
  • Greet and welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
  • Guide and support service staff (stewards/servers) during operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
  • Train new service team members and assist in ongoing training.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare shift reports, inventory records, and assist with stock control if required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality/F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Experience in fine dining, cafes, or premium casual dining setups.
  • Knowledge of F&B service and basic Liquor.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
