Graphic Designer

BLR Brewing co Is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring our visual identity to life through engaging and innovative designs that resonate with our guests and elevate our brand presence across all channels — digital, print, and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns (social media, emailers, website banners, ads).
• Create print materials including brochures, menus, flyers, tent cards, event invites, and hoardings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and F&B teams to conceptualize promotions, seasonal offers, and event branding.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Edit photos and videos for online and offline use.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and delivered on time.
• Stay updated on hospitality and design trends to suggest fresh ideas.
• Support in the design of internal communication materials (employee engagement posters, newsletters, signage, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital formats, social media specifications, and print production.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic photography and video editing knowledge.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Passion for hospitality, design aesthetics, and creating guest-centric visual stories.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
