Role Overview We’re seeking a talented Cook/Chef to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting a fixed menu across four daily meals—breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner—for up to 25 pax Maximum, including staff. Kitchen assistance is available to support you. You will be responsible for managing resort operations at a Dimond Category Resort. Your tasks will include supervising food preparation, overseeing Food & Beverage and Housekeeping operations, and maintaining strong customer relations. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, as well as a valid 4-wheeler driving capability. The job is full-time with a day shift schedule. A background in hotel management with at least 1 year of experience is preferred. A Diploma in a related field is also preferred.
