Job Description

Role Overview

Fashion Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage fashion merchandise (SOR orders, POs, OTB, DOH calculation, reporting).
Raise and manage manual purchase orders (POs).
Maintain and update master data; drive assortment planning.
Ensure hygiene and follow-up across all regions.
Manage inventory including DAD/NRGP tracking.
Drive category business growth to achieve sales & margin targets.
Coordinate promotions and discounts.
Generate and manage MIS reports with actionable insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of
Advanced MS Excel
(reporting, analytics, dashboards).
Experience in
SAP
.
Good understanding of
margin structure
and retail planning.
Prior experience in
fashion merchandising / category management
preferred.
