Job Description

As a Fashion Merchandiser at Spencers Retail, you will be a vital part of the team responsible for planning, assortment management, inventory control, and category growth. Your role will require strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in MIS reporting, and the ability to ensure seamless coordination across regions. - Plan and manage fashion merchandise, including SOR orders, POs, OTB, DOH calculation, and reporting. - Raise and manage manual purchase orders (POs) efficiently. - Maintain and update master data to drive assortment planning effectively. - Ensure consistency and follow-up across all regions for optimal results. - Manage inventory, including DAD/NRGP tracking, to ensure accurate stock levels. - Drive category business growth to meet sales and margin targets successfully. - Coordinate promotions and discounts to enhance customer engagement. - Generate and manage MIS reports with actionable insights to support decision-making. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel for reporting, analytics, and dashboards. - Experience in SAP for efficient operations. - Good understanding of margin structure and retail planning. - Prior experience in fashion merchandising or category management would be advantageous.,
