Job Description

As a Fashion Merchandiser at Spencers Retail, you will be responsible for planning, assortment management, inventory control, and category growth. Your role will involve utilizing strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in MIS reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage fashion merchandise including SOR orders, POs, OTB, DOH calculation, and reporting. - Raise and manage manual purchase orders (POs). - Maintain and update master data and drive assortment planning. - Ensure proper hygiene and follow-up across all regions. - Manage inventory by tracking DAD/NRGP. - Drive category business growth to achieve sales & margin targets. - Coordinate promotions and discounts effectively. - Generate and manage MIS reports with actionable insights. Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel for reporting, analytics, and dashboards. - Experience working with SAP. - Good understanding of margin structure and retail planning. - Prior experience in fashion merchandising or category management is preferred.,
