Fashion Marketing & Merchandising Executive

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the fashion landscape and marketing strategies to help drive our offline and online sales.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the brand's marketing calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met for campaign execution
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, retail, operations) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Identify & place Salt products in offline multi-designer stores and online marketplaces including multi-designer aggregator sites
• Assist in coordinating photoshoots and other content creation activities for digital campaigns
• Curate & source emerging designers and independent labels to be featured alongside our own collections on our website and offline stores
• Manage and update our website content to ensure consistency with our social media presence
• Collaborate with inventory and cataloguing team to optimize product listings and improve SEO & online customer experience
• Assist in planning and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, website, and paid advertising)
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, preparing reports on key metrics and insights
• Support in-store marketing initiatives including events and ensuring alignment with digital campaigns
• Conceptualize packaging materials, such as boxes, bags, and labels, that reflect the brand's identity and enhance the unboxing experience for customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing & merchandising in fashion or luxury goods domain
• Good Understanding and networking with various offline and online multi-designer stores
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
