Fashion Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Fashion Designer who will be responsible for creating designs that align with our brand vision and resonate with our customers. You will work closely with our product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure designs are both trend-forward and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research emerging fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market insights.
• Conceptualize and sketch original designs for apparel collections.
• Develop detailed tech packs, mood boards, and CADs for production.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate sampling and fittings.
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments that reflect brand aesthetics.
• Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
• Stay updated on industry developments to keep the brand ahead of trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer (womenswear/menswear/ethnic wear – specify as needed).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Strong creative vision with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
