Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team at our Ranchi office
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of design techniques, current fashion trends, and consumer preferences
They must be capable of creating original, innovative, and market-relevant clothing designs across various categories

, casual, formal, ethnic, fusion),Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications for each design,Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and materials aligned with the design concept and budget,
Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure accurate sample development,Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept to final product ensuring quality and fit standards,
Adapt designs based on market feedback, sales data, and evolving customer preferences,
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry movements to stay ahead of trends,Attend fashion shows, exhibitions, and industry events for inspiration and market insights,Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams for product launches, campaigns, and styling
