As a Senior Fashion Consultant at United Colors of Benetton, your primary responsibility areas will include: - Generating and pursuing leads to grow the client base. - Demonstrating a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Having knowledge of customers and market dynamics and requirements. - Assisting clients in choosing merchandise for various occasions and advising on flattering styles. - Managing the visual merchandising of the store. - Providing excellent customer service throughout the service cycle, including greetings, trial assistance, and recommendations. - Effectively communicating with customers, peers, and management. - Multitasking effectively while maintaining a customer-centric and flexible approach to business needs.
