As a Sr. Fashion Consultant at United Colors of Benetton, your role involves generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base. You should have a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. It is essential to possess knowledge of customers, market dynamics, and their requirements. Your responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting merchandise for various occasions, suggesting flattering styles, and conveying the appropriate message. Additionally, you will be in charge of visual merchandising within the store. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and pursue leads to grow the client base - Provide assistance to clients in choosing merchandise for different occasions - Manage visual merchandising within the store - Assist customers throughout the service cycle, including greetings, trial assistance, and recommendations - Effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management - Multitask effectively while remaining attentive to customers and adaptable to business needs Qualification Required: - Graduation degree - Work experience of 5 to 8 years with Retail Brands - Proficiency in English, Hindi & Local language (Spoken) - Good presentation skills - Ability to engage and increase footfall - Deliver delightful customer experiences In this role, your key performance indicators will include sales conversion numbers and footfall increase.
