Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant, located at our Hyderabad store. The Fashion Consultant will assist clients in curating personalized outfits, provide professional style recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include guiding customers through fabric and accessory selections, coordinating fittings, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and promoting our range of products will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge for styling recommendations and tailored solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and understanding their preferences
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive and personalized client experience
• Sales skills to promote products and achieve sales targets
• Keen attention to detail and an eye for fashion and current trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients with professionalism
• Prior experience in fashion retail or consulting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
