Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Buyer located in Ghaziabad. The Fashion Buyer will be responsible for selecting and purchasing fashion items, analyzing market trends, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that the inventory meets customer demands and trends. Daily tasks include managing the purchasing process, maintaining relationships with vendors, coordinating sales strategies, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed purchasing decisions
• Communication and Negotiation skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective negotiation abilities
• Purchasing and Sales experience: Proven experience in purchasing fashion items and coordinating sales strategies
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
