Job Description: E-Commerce Catalog Manager Immediate Location: Chennai Experience: 2-3 years Industry: Fashion Accessories / E-commerce We’re seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed E-Commerce Catalog Manager to own and elevate the product catalog across all major online marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, and more). RESPONSIBLE FOR End-to-End Catalog Management: Own the entire catalog lifecycle – product creation, listing, edits, uploads, and deactivation – across all marketplaces via tools like Unicommerce or similar OMS/PIM platforms. · Content Accuracy & Enrichment: Ensure 100% accuracy in titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery, pricing, metadata, GST codes, and inventory across platforms. · Listing Optimization & SEO: Implement platform-specific keyword strategies and content enhancements to boost product discoverability and performance. · Shoot Coordination & PDP Development: Work with internal design/creative teams for product shoots and develop high-converting PDPs (product detail pages) aligned with brand aesthetics. · Platform Collaboration & Go-Live: Coordinate with marketplace category managers and onboarding teams for timely listing approvals and promotional alignments. · Catalog Health Audits: Conduct weekly audits to identify and fix broken links, duplicates, image mismatches, compliance errors, and content gaps. · Reporting & Data Analysis: Use Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting) and Unicommerce reports to track catalog health, visibility metrics, and performance KPIs. · AI Tools & Automation Readiness (Preferred): Awareness or hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content writing, bulk automation tools for listings, or AI-based catalog enrichment is a plus. · Team Coordination: Supervise and guide junior catalog executives, implement catalog SOPs, and ensure smooth workflows and TATs (turnaround times).
