We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our associate laboratories that specializes in food quality testing and certification. The lab is engaged in rigorous analysis of agricultural and meat products, with a focus on compliance for the Certificate of Conformity (COC) and other international standards. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician / Analyst with experience in food testing , specifically rice and meat analysis . The candidate will be responsible for sample testing, quality control, report preparation, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of rice and meat samples Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and calibration logs Ensure testing and documentation align with COC certification requirements Prepare precise and timely test reports Maintain lab hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance Follow protocols in accordance with NABL, FSSAI, and ISO 17025 standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry , or a related discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in food product testing (rice or meat preferred) Familiarity with recognized methods such as AOAC, BIS, ISO Understanding of quality systems like HACCP, GMP is advantageous Excellent documentation and attention to detail Show more Show less
