Fares Analyst

Location:

Fares & Digital Strategy Analyst

You'll work across pricing, marketing, and revenue management, turning data into smarter decisions that improve visibility, competitiveness, and profitability across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fare Strategy, Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyse and benchmark fares across GDS, OTAs, airline sites, and metasearch engines (Skyscanner, Google Flights, Kayak).
  • Build and execute fare strategies using

    Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo

    . and
  • Use analytics tools to identify fare trends, revenue gaps, and competitive opportunities.
  • Provide the digital team with fare-driven insights for campaigns, keyword targeting, and landing page improvements.

2. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct continuous research on fare movements, route demand, competitors, and airline promotions.
  • Generate insights on traveller behaviour, regional patterns, and digital conversion trends.
  • Work with marketing and revenue teams to shape market-aligned pricing strategies for B2C and B2B channels.

3. Digital Marketing & Growth Strategy

  • Partner with the digital marketing team to run fare-based campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta, email, and metasearch

    .
  • Enhance SEO/SEM strategies to increase fare visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics, landing page behaviour, and ROI.
  • Use

    Google Analytics, Power BI

    , and other tools to recommend continuous improvements.

4. Revenue, Collaboration & Innovation

  • Align with revenue management and sales teams on pricing, promotions, and distribution.
  • Support the automation of fare monitoring, reporting, and marketing workflows using AI and digital tools.
  • Work with airlines, consolidators, and OTA partners to resolve fare issues and explore partnership opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in

    fare analysis, digital marketing, or revenue management

    within the UK/US travel domain.
  • Proficient with

    Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo

    .
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email, analytics).
  • Advanced skills in

    Excel, Power BI

    , or similar data-visualisation/reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
