About BU:

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for India-focused and international audiences (Traffic, Conversions, Lead Generation).
  • Manage budget allocation and forecasting across domestic and global campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience segments tailored to regional preferences.

Strategic Inputs

  • Identify growth opportunities in emerging geographies and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to define KPIs and attribution models
  • Monitor competitive landscape and recommend innovative approaches for Meta advertising.

Creative & Brand

  • Collaborate with design teams or independently create high-performing ad creatives (Images , videos, carousels) for domestic and international campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting messaging for cultural nuances in global markets.
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and creative best practices globally.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving high ROI.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Creative skillset: Ability to conceptualize and design ad creatives using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, Freepik
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in consumer internet is a strong plus.
