Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Campaign Setup & Launch: Independently execute programmatic campaigns across multiple DSP platforms, including DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Amazon. Ensure proper implementation of insertion orders (IO) and media plan requirements in DSP platforms.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor daily pacing and performance of assigned campaigns. Identify and address any technical issues or underperforming campaigns by implementing optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot delivery, setup, and technical issues, coordinating with senior team members as needed to resolve complex problems.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Extract data from DSPs and ad servers for statistical analysis. Generate daily and weekly performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Campaign Reporting: Prepare client-facing reports that provide detailed analysis on pacing, delivery, and key performance metrics. Ensure timely delivery of accurate and insightful reports, helping clients understand the effectiveness of their campaigns.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Client & Internal Communication: Serve as the primary contact for designated campaigns and projects, both internally and externally. Collaborate with agency representatives, media partners, and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with the programmatic, analytics, and operations teams to ensure proper campaign setup and delivery. Communicate and flag any issues promptly, collaborating to find timely solutions.
  • External Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, DSP representatives, and media partners to stay ahead of market trends and leverage new opportunities for campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Programmatic Expertise:

  • Looking for experience in managing programmatic campaigns, with hands-on experience using DSP platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk (TTD). Proven proficiency in end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • DSP Platforms: Strong working knowledge of major DSP platforms (DV360, TTD, Amazon), including campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization strategies. Certifications in these platforms are a plus.
  • Campaign Optimization: Experience in managing pacing, performance, and troubleshooting technical issues within programmatic campaigns. Ability to identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to interpret large datasets, spot trends, and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards for optimization tracking.

Technical Skills:

  • Analytical Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation). Ability to distill raw data into meaningful reports and recommendations.
  • MS Office & Communication Tools: Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and strong documentation skills for campaign reporting and internal communication.
  • Ad Servers: Familiarity with ad server data (e.g., Campaign Manager) for performance tracking and optimization.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills (B2/C1 level), with the ability to articulate insights clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, agency partners, and vendors.
