Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Min. 3 years in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Growth Marketing (B2B)
  • Strong experience in B2B, SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, and Technology marketing.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and revenue contribution from social and email channels.
  • Experience running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, X Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn ABM and sales-aligned marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO basics, and funnel-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.

Role Overview

The Social Media Expert is responsible for managing and growing social media profiles and email marketing efforts for Bobcares, Poornam, and client accounts. The primary goal is to position Bobcares as a trusted digital transformation partner in AI, cloud, IT services, product engineering, and related offerings, while driving qualified leads and revenue through organic, paid, and account-based channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social profiles for Bobcares, Poornam, and clients.
  • Plan, design, and execute social media calendars across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create attention-grabbing, high-engagement, and repostable social media posts that increase likes, comments, shares / overall reach and encourage organic reposting to extend audience visibility.
  • Run organic and paid SM campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue generation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, workshops, conferences, and internal activities, ensuring professional framing, lighting, and storytelling suitable for social media and marketing use.
  • Collaborate with branding, design, content, and SEO.

2. Email Marketing

  • Design and execute behavior-based, list-based, time-based, and engagement-driven campaigns for Bobcares and client accounts.
  • Create and optimize subject lines, CTAs, visuals, and copy to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Align email campaigns with social media strategy for maximum impact and revenue generation.

3. LinkedIn Account-based Marketing (ABM)

  • Identify high-value accounts and map decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, SaaS Heads).
  • Run personalized campaigns with connection requests, InMails, and account-specific posts.
  • Collaborate with sales to track meetings, opportunities, and conversions.

4. Branding and Marketing Support

  • Create, review, improve, and optimize social ad assets, video assets, other digital assets and email visuals for performance and brand consistency.
  • Conduct monthly social media audits for all accounts.
  • Maintain social listening dashboards for customer insights.
  • Repurpose SEO and blog content for social and email campaigns.
  • Train and supervise interns / junior staff in social media execution.

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently create attention-grabbing and repostable posts across all managed accounts for Bobcares, Poornam, and client profiles.
  • Actively cover all company events, webinars, workshops, and announcements, making the content available to the audience.
  • Achieve measurable increases in engagement, post share, follower growth, lead generation, and revenue generation.
  • Provide timely reporting through daily and weekly updates, including performance analytics.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments to maximize campaign ROI and audience reach.
