Roles and Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Mentorship: Teach financial management, investment analysis, and startup funding, inspiring fiscal discipline.
  • Industry Engagement: Draw on finance industry experience to create practical exercises, like venture capital simulations.
  • Curriculum Development: Design finance courses integrating fintech and entrepreneurial finance.
  • Research: Publish on financial innovations, such as crowdfunding or blockchain in finance.
  • Student Support: Guide students on financial modelling during office hours and workshops.
  • Administrative Contribution: Organise finance-focused events and industry collaborations.

    • Education & Experience Required

    • PhD or Master’s in various domains of Technology or related fields.
    • 3-5 years of industry experience in banking, investment, or fintech.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Alignment with RU’s impact-driven mission.
