Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage day-to-day factory operations including production, maintenance, and dispatch

🔹 Coordinate closely with the mining department for raw material planning

🔹 Optimize production processes and minimize plant downtime

🔹 Supervise factory staff and ensure safety, compliance & quality standards

🔹 Ensure timely dispatches for both domestic and export customers

🔹 Report operational data and KPIs to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

✅ 7–15 years of relevant experience in factory management (preferably in Bentonite or mineral processing industry)

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Hands-on knowledge of plant machinery, preventive maintenance & dispatch logistics
