Factory Manager

As the Solutions Factory Manager at SKF in Jamshedpur, your primary responsibility will be to oversee various key aspects of operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the solutions factory. Your role will involve tasks such as job allocation, inventory planning, outsourced activity planning, meeting delivery deadlines, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) of failures/customer complaints, documentation including reports, testing, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily management, ensuring safety on the shop floor, maintaining 5S standards, engagement and communication with all stakeholders, procuring all required components and services, providing technical support to Sales and end customers, ensuring adherence to SOPs, as well as training and developing team members. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring profitability and successful delivery, directly impacting new business bookings, customer ratings, and overall customer satisfaction.
