✅ Job Description

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Factory Manager to manage complete day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Chennai factory unit. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, safety compliance, and overall plant performance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete daily factory operations
• Plan and achieve daily & monthly production targets
• Supervise workers, supervisors, and shop-floor staff
• Ensure proper quality control & minimize rejection and wastage
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity
• Ensure availability of raw material and inventory control
• Ensure all safety rules and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and maintenance teams
• Handle machine maintenance and breakdown control
• Prepare daily production and manpower reports
• Improve efficiency, output, and cost control

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in factory / production / plant management
• Experience in manufacturing / assembly / production units preferred
• Strong knowledge of production planning & manpower handling
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, daily reporting)
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and factory operations
• ITI / Diploma / Graduate preferred
