Job Description: Factory Manager Location: Hyderabad (Stay inside factory – food & all expenses covered) Reporting To: Owner Salary: Fixed + Bonus for catching any false practice/theft Role Overview We need a loyal, honest, and responsible person who can stay at the factory and act as the owner’s eyes. The main job is to control daily operations and ensure no theft, misuse, or wrong practices happen. Key Responsibilities Monitor raw material, production, and dispatch daily Check tanker in/out, seals, weight slips, stock levels Keep strict watch on staff to prevent theft or manipulation Report any suspicious activity immediately to the owner Maintain basic registers and daily reports Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety inside factory Requirements Must be loyal, trustworthy, and alert Must stay at the factory (company provides stay + food) Experience in factory/warehouse supervision preferred Strong observation and discipline skills Benefits All living expenses covered Bonus for identifying wrongful practices Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹14,640.91 - ₹54,195.05 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Internet reimbursement Work Location: In person
