Factory Manager

Job Summary:

The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. This role involves managing production, ensuring quality control, optimizing processes, and leading a team to meet the company's production goals. The Factory Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Develop and implement production schedules and monitor workflow to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Work with the quality assurance team to develop and improve quality control measures.
• Process Optimization:
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the production team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage teamwork and productivity.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the production budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Report financial performance and operational metrics to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
