Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, managing workforce efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating operational activities. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals effectively. The Factory Manager will also be responsible for leading process improvements and ensuring smooth equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Management and Production Planning to optimize resources and meet organizational efficiency goals.
• Strong knowledge and application of Quality Control to ensure adherence to safety, precision, and durability standards.
• Proven skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to maintain smooth workflow and achieve production targets.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide teams and address operational challenges efficiently.
• Experience with industrial machinery and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in glass manufacturing or a similar industry will be considered an advantage.
