Factory Manager

Job Title: Factory Manager 📍 Location: Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh 🏢 Company: BLA & Company – A Leading Glass Manufacturing Firm About the Role: BLA & Company is seeking a highly responsible and proactive Factory Manager to lead and manage our factory operations in Firozabad. This is a critical role requiring a strong, hands-on individual who can oversee the entire production process, inventory flow, dispatch coordination, and team supervision. We are looking for someone based in Firozabad or willing to relocate, with deep familiarity with manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: Stock Management: Track raw material levels, maintain finished goods inventory, and ensure timely procurement and stock accuracy. Factory Operations: Oversee daily factory activities, enforce safety and efficiency protocols, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Delivery Management: Coordinate dispatch schedules, manage logistics communication, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to clients. Production Oversight: Supervise manufacturing processes and machinery output, maintain production timelines, and uphold product quality. Team Coordination: Lead the on-ground factory team, assign responsibilities, and maintain a motivated, efficient working environment. Requirements: Must be Firozabad-based or ready to relocate to Firozabad Fresher to 3 years of experience in factory or operations management (experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments Familiarity with inventory, dispatch, and production systems Why Join BLA & Company?
