Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Chennai. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, quality control, and overall production management. The role involves ensuring the efficiency of manufacturing operations and maintaining high-quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, managing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
• Skills in Quality Control and Operations Management
• Proficiency in managing Manufacturing Operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or related field
• Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
• Immediate joining preferred
