Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities

● Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures for products.

● Ensure operations and products adhere to internal quality standards, best practices, and regulatory, R&D, PMT requirements QA,QC and Production teams.

● Conduct internal and external audits and inspections for process assessment, improvement, and compliance.

● Analyze quality data for trends, corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.

● Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and make data-driven decisions.

● Provide leadership, guidance, mentorship to QA,QC and Production teams.

● Prepare and maintain high-quality reports, documents, and records related to quality operations and metrics.

● Collaborate with other departments (manufacturing and sales) to align quality standards and drive initiatives.

● Guide the Production team for better and sustainable practices.

● Check and oversee all factory operations, prepare the monthly MIS report covering production, quality, and efficiency, and submit it to the reporting authority.

Experience and Education

● Experience Required: 4–6 years of experience on a similar profile in Ayurvedic Pharma manufacturing company.

Education Required:

● M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Ayu.)

● B.Sc / M.Sc/B.pharm/ M.pharm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
