Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Karur. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Responsibilities include managing manufacturing operations and ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards. The role requires coordination with multiple departments to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Quality Control skills
• Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to address and resolve operational issues
• Prior experience in the textile manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field
