Our client is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at their Bakrahat manufacturing facility. Ideal candidates will

have a background in machinery manufacturing, metal-oriented product manufacturing, or similar industries, and must demonstrate a track record of

career longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the factory to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets on time and within budget.

Lead, train, and supervise production staff across all facility departments.

Conduct periodic inspections to monitor staff performance, machinery condition, and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with quality control teams to enforce quality assurance protocols and continuously improve product standards.

Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal working condition and minimize downtime.

Implement and monitor safety policies, ensuring compliance with all statutory and industry regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams for raw material supply, logistics, and timely delivery of finished goods.

Prepare and present regular production performance reports to senior management.

Foster a positive, productive work environment and actively resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting; background in machinery, metal products, or similar manufacturing highly desired.

Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Knowledge of production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.

Proficiency with ERP systems, production management software, and Microsoft Office.

Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process optimization methodologies preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially for process troubleshooting and production improvement.

Flexibility and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.

Proven negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers and vendors.

Commitment to continuous learning and industry best-practices.

Ideal Profile:

Prior experience in machinery manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related industries (aluminum, steel, equipment, etc.).

History of long-term employment and professional advancement in previous roles.

Ability to mentor and build high-performing teams in a factory environment.
