Factory Head

As a Factory Head at CSD, you will be responsible for overseeing the Production and Operations department. Your role will involve ideating and implementing strategic visions to enhance production, quality, and labor utilization. You will manage the factory operations to ensure high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency and profitability. Collaboration with specialists, hiring subcontractors, and coordinating schedules to optimize factory performance will be key responsibilities. It is essential to maintain a clear understanding within the team that the factory's profits and achievements reflect in all operations and activities. You will also need to improve mechanisms for production and activities, including feedback dissemination and development plans. Additionally, negotiating and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards is crucial. Qualifications Required: - A BA or BS in operations management, business, engineering, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or Factory Head. - Knowledge of business and management principles, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise. - Familiarity with industry-standard equipment, construction methods, and building code requirements. - Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively. - High integrity, ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on quality.
