Factory Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Oversee daily stitching operations, production lines, and overall factory output.
• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of production targets while maximizing output efficiency.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure garments meet established quality standards at every stage of production.
• Manage QA/QC team to minimize defects and rework.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices across the stitching unit.

3. Team Leadership & Workforce Management:

• Lead and mentor stitching unit machine operators, line leaders, and helpers.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety on the production floor.
• Conduct on-the-job training for operators on new styles, techniques, and machinery.

4. Manage & Reporting:

• Review with cutting, finishing, and quality departments for seamless workflow.
• Track and report production output, line efficiency, downtime, and operational challenges.
• Maintain & published comprehensive records of line performance, operator efficiency, and production metrics.

5. Process Optimization & Line Planning:

• Oversee Design and balance entire production lines to optimize throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Assist in machine layout planning based on style complexity and order volume.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs & policies are followed by the team in the unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
