Procurement / Purchase Executive

You will be joining as a Procurement/Purchase Executive in the Resource and Planning Department at CSD. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, services, and supplies from vendors across PAN India locations, ensuring sourcing of relevant vendors in the same category. - Evaluate vendors" quotations to align with technical and commercial project specifications. - Control procurement budget, advocate for long-term savings on costs, and research and assess potential suppliers. - Generate procurement reports and manage cashflow effectively. - Assess supplier/vendor performance based on quality, delivery time, and pricing, meeting organizational standards. - Implement internal procurement strategies to meet high delivery and short lead time requirements. - Fulfill any additional duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduation/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. - Minimum 5 years of procurement executive experience in events/exhibits industry with comprehensive industry knowledge. - Willingness to travel as required for project sites and vendor visits. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Tally software is advantageous. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and exhibit strong negotiation skills. - Resourceful, self-driven, and proactive in approach.
