Job Summary

Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  procurement of marketing materials

  , including brochures, banners, signage, hoardings, gift items, and digital marketing collateral.
• Source and develop

  vendor relationships

  for printing, event management, advertising, and branding agencies.
• Obtain

  competitive quotations

  , prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate rates and terms with suppliers.
• Ensure

  timely delivery

  of marketing materials for project launches, events, exhibitions, and site activities.
• Coordinate with the

  marketing and sales teams

  to forecast material requirements for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
• Maintain

  purchase records

  , vendor databases, and payment follow-ups.
• Work closely with the

  accounts department

  to process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and service.
  
• Support in

  budget preparation

  and

  cost analysis

  for marketing activities.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
  
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
  
• Familiarity with marketing materials, printing, and advertising vendors
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in

  real estate, construction, or marketing

  )
