Procurement / Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory management. The role involves sourcing quality products at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, finance, warehouse) for procurement needs.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Material dispatch and delivery coordination
• Handle discrepancies in orders and resolve issues with suppliers.
• New Vendor development and assist in vendor evaluation and performance reviews.
