Procurement / Purchase Executive

As a Procurement / Purchase Executive for the Resource and Planning department at CSD, your role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, services, and supplies from vendors across PAN India locations. Your responsibilities include: - Sourcing relevant vendors in the same category. - Evaluating vendors" quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specifications. - Monitoring procurement budget and promoting long-term cost-saving culture. - Researching and assessing prospective suppliers. - Generating procurement reports and managing cashflow. - Assessing supplier/vendor performance based on quality, delivery time, and prices. - Implementing internal procurement strategies for high delivery and short lead time requirements. - Handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Graduation/Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a procurement executive in events/exhibits industry. - Willingness to travel as per project site requirements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of Tally would be advantageous. - Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be self-driven and proactive.
