Job Description

As an Engineer in the company, your role will involve managing a team of technicians to conduct project site surveys for rooftop solar power plant engineering. You will be responsible for coordinating with the installation team, site engineers, and technicians to ensure a smooth installation process and troubleshoot any operational faults in running plants. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of technicians for project site surveys - Coordinating with the installation team and resolving site queries - Troubleshooting operational faults in running plants - Site supervision - Understanding AutoCAD designs and coordinating with the installation team - Coordinating with the installation and commissioning team - Coordinating with vendors - Maintaining stock of consumable and project items - Providing daily status reports of the site Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/ Diploma/ ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering - Proficiency in Marathi language - 2 years of experience in Solar Panel Installation and 1 year of experience in Solar Installation - Knowledge of Solar Power System (On Grid & Off-Grid), electrical layout, site constraints, Microsoft Office, Net Metering Policy, and power cables/electrification for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. You must be willing to travel 50% of the time for work. The job location will be in person.,
