Job Description

Our differentiation lies in our multifaceted team of highly qualified professionals who possess experience of providing consulting services to startups, SMEs, large Corporates and MNCs. FinAdvantage operates out of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, and Chicago. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting activities. Carry out bank, vendor, and other reconciliations as needed. Support the team when required and contribute to standardizing processes. Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of accounting (journal entries, reconciliations, adjustment entries). Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc.). Self-motivated with good analytical skills. Qualifications: B.Com with a minimum of 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience, or CA Inter (cleared one or both groups) with 3 years of articleship experience. Work Timing: Flexible shifts; should be comfortable working in European or US time zones . Good to Have (optional): Exposure to IT tools such as Power Query, Power BI , etc.
